Our client advises a high-end client base of HNW/UHNW entrepreneurs, Times Rich List names, international families, family offices and trusts. Many of their clients have international aspects to their affairs. The team is busy, growing and keen to appoint an additional Personal Tax Assistant Manager. The individual will take responsibility for a HNW portfolio, advising on the annual personal tax compliance cycle, but also identifying and advising on ad hoc personal tax planning opportunities. Previous experience of advising UK res non doms is important.

Full support will be provided with progression towards Manager grade.

Personal Tax Senior Manager - West End £80k - £90k

Personal Tax Manager / Senior Manager - Birmingham £55k-£75k DOE

Do you have experience of advising HNW entrepreneurial private clients and their families? Are you looking to progress your personal tax career with a high-profile team, offering supported progression, high-end tax work and flexible hybrid working?

We’re working with a prominent accountancy firm that is looking to recruit an additional Personal Tax Manager or Senior Manager into its growing Birmingham team. 

You’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of wealthy entrepreneurial private clients, advising on related income and capital taxation, trusts, domicile and shareholder planning issues. This is very much a client-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills as well as strong tax technical knowledge

You’ll need to be CTA qualified with demonstrable experience in advising HNW entrepreneurs, business owners, wealthy families and ideally non doms. Experience of supervising junior tax advisers is important, along with some tax advisory experience (the role involves both ad hoc planning projects and complex compliance). You’ll be keen to develop your skills and knowledge by working with leading directors and partners in a supportive and encouraging environment. Associate Director, Private Client Tax - London £95k - £105k

Trust Assistant Manager - Law Firm, London £50k-£60k

We are working closely with one of London's most respected Private Client law firms. 

They are looking to appoint a Trust Assistant Manager, to perform a client and third-party facing role. Working closely with leading Private Client Partners, the incoming individual will advise on trust taxation, accounting, formation, restructuring and cessation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of preparing/reviewing trust accounts and trust tax returns, gained in a prominent accountancy or law firm. Strong communication and relationship management skills are also important, as this is very much a client and third-party facing role.

The incoming individual could be an existing Assistant Manager looking for a new challenge, in a friendly and supportive team, or a Trust Senior seeking to step up to Assistant Manager grade for the first time. Either way, the team hopes to recruit someone whom they can support with progression to Manager and Senior Manager levels.

The firm has adopted hybrid working, so there is scope to work from home at least two days a week.

US/UK Private Client Tax Manager – London To £72k + bens

You’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of clients as they key point of contact. You’ll advise on ad hoc personal tax planning projects (US and UK), including assisting some of the profession’s leading Partners with complex advisory work. You’ll also oversee annual compliance, delegating and reviewing the work of junior tax advisers and assistant managers.

There is also scope to get involved with the continued growth of the US/UK practice, accompanying partners and directors to networking events and assisting with business development initiatives.
