Trust & Tax Senior Manager - Kent/London/Hybrid

We are working closely with a high quality Private Client team, that advises an impressive HNW UK and international client base from offices near Tunbridge Wells. They are busy, growing and keen to appoint an additional Trusts & Tax adviser at Senior Manager level (c.£65k-£75k dependent on experience).

The incoming individual will work closely with highly experienced directors and partners, providing holistic tax and trusts planning advice.

The role will involve overseeing a portfolio of offshore and onshore trusts. Tax Investigations Manager - London To £73k + Bens

Our client is a high-profile London accountancy firm that has built a strong reputation in the Tax field. Their Tax Investigations offering is core to the Private Client department's success and is widely recognised across the profession. Demand for their expertise continues to increase and the team is now keen to appoint an additional adviser at Manager level. 

Working closely with leading tax investigations specialists, you will support a range of clients with their representations to HMRC. This will include managing a varied portfolio of tax investigation, tax dispute and tax disclosure cases including agreeing strategies and fee structures. You will draft reports and disclosures to HMRC and robustly defend your clients’ positions.

All of this will require previous experience of tax investigation work, including HMRC enquiries, making disclosures and penalty mitigation. You will have a strong technical grasp of UK personal taxation and be ATT, CTA or HMRC qualified. Previous experience of COP8/9 is desirable although partners/directors will provide assistance in that area.

Personal Tax Senior - London/Hybrid £35k - £48k + Bens

CTA & ACA Tax Manager - Holistic Advice, London

I’m working with a high profile, well-known accountancy firm that has an award-winning Tax practice. Their London offering includes a specialist team that provides holistic advice to HNW business owners and their businesses. The tax work is advisory-focused and broad in nature, covering income and capital taxes planning, succession of wealth, transactions and business/corporate tax issues. Knowledge of family investment companies, trusts and/or partnerships would also be helpful. Some experience of analysing accounts is important.

The role would suit a CTA and ACA/ACCA dual-qualified Assistant Manager or Manager, looking for a client relationship management focused role. Our client has built a reputation as a leading adviser to HNW/UHNW individuals. Their Private Client Tax offering includes a specialist US/UK team that provides personal tax advice to wealthy private clients (business owners, entrepreneurs and their families). 

Demand for their expertise continues to grow and they are keen to recruit an EA/ATT dual-qualified Senior Manager, to provide personal tax advisory and compliance services as a strategic member of the team.

You’ll work closely with some of the profession’s leading Partners and be supported with your own progression towards Director and Partner grades.

You’ll need to have a strong technical grasp of US and UK personal taxation, gained in a leading UK tax team. Demonstrable UK experience of advising US HNWIs on their personal tax position is essential.
