This highly respected national accountancy firm is looking to grow its in-house Tax Technical team, with the appointment of a Tax Training Manager. The role can be performed from any of their offices across the UK and from home up to 3 days a week if one wishes.
The position involves the design and delivery of tax technical update sessions to the firm’s tax fee-earners and partners. Working as part of an experienced team, you’ll also attend the annual Tax conference. Best of all, no time sheets or billing!
The role requires the CTA qualification and strong technical knowledge in either personal tax or business tax. You’ll also need to be able to demonstrate an ability to pick up new tax technical issues quickly and to communicate them clearly and concisely to your peers. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills are therefore essential.
The successful candidate may already be doing some tax technical training and looking to develop that in a dynamic, forward-thinking and personable work environment. Alternatively, a CTA with strong technical knowledge looking to move into the training sphere, would certainly be considered.
Salary will be dependent on experience and location, but is likely to be in the region £55k-£70k Ref 5131
