Do you have expertise in advising Private Equity clients? We are working with a national firm of accountants, whose PE Team forms a key part of their award-winning Private Client Tax group. The team maintains a high profile and is one of the fastest growing areas of the Tax practice. They are now keen to appoint a Senior Manager with PE-related tax experience, who can perform a strategic, client-facing role.
Supported by leading Partners and Directors, the incoming individual will oversee a portfolio of PE clients including UHNW asset managers, fund structures and investment partnerships. You’ll deliver ad hoc tax advisory services, as well as overseeing compliance requirements. You’ll manage a team of junior advisers and assist the Partners with business development activities. You’ll be encouraged to nurture your own client relationships and to build internal and external networks of referrers – all part of your ongoing, supported progression towards Director grade.
